These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 77 baji platform and all its services. "Platform" here refers to the 77-baji.cam website and all associated mobile applications.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The 77 baji website, app and all digital services.
• "Member" — A person who holds an active registered account on the platform.
• "Balance" — The cash amount available in a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Credits granted through promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum number of times you must place bets before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total bet losses over a given period.

1.2 Scope of Terms

These terms apply to all services on the platform — casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and any other entertainment services. If separate rules exist for a specific service, those rules apply alongside these general terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 77 baji and use any of its services, a member must be at least 21 years old. The platform may request a valid ID at any time to verify age. Providing false age information will result in account cancellation and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person or household opens more than one account, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Multiple accounts are detected by checking personal devices, IP addresses, payment methods and account details.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on 77 baji are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, the member should save the transaction ID and contact customer support.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Payment Method Matching

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

77 baji provides various offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms:

• Weekly Deposit Fest: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• Cricket Dhamaka: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 25x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• Evening Slots Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• Birthday Gift: up to ৳2,000; wagering 15x; account must be verified.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳3,000; wagering 18x; the referred member must complete registration and deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Another offer cannot be activated if the terms of a current promotional offer have not been met.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Each game may have its own contribution rate when placing bets using a bonus.
• If multiple accounts from the same device, IP or household claim a bonus, all claims will be disqualified.
• 77 baji reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer.

6.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net loss.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net loss.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback on the week's net loss.

Example: A Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

6.2 Tier Changes

Members can move up to a higher tier based on regular and significant wagering activity on the platform. 77 baji follows set criteria for tier demotion.

7.1 Bet Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed when the game loads. Bets outside these limits will be automatically rejected.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game stops mid-session due to server issues, disconnection or software errors, 77 baji will settle the relevant bet by checking the log records. Incorrect results displayed due to technical errors will not be considered valid.

7.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets placed before a match starts are treated as pre-match bets and bets placed during a match are treated as in-play bets. The final decision on odds changes rests with 77 baji. Internationally recognised results are followed for bet settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Misusing bonus benefits or attempting to meet wagering requirements through manipulation.
• Using multiple accounts to fraudulently increase win rates.
• Gaming or betting using automated software, bots or any programming tools.
• Transferring or selling account ownership to another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach platform security or hack the system.
• Operating an account with false or misleading information.
